A: We provide private group transport and unforgettable party experiences across Byron Bay, the Northern Rivers, and beyond. From brewery and distillery tours to festival drop-offs, birthdays, hens/bucks parties, and large group events — we’ve got your transport sorted.

Q: What areas do you service?
A: We service Byron Bay, Ballina, Lennox Head, Bangalow, Mullumbimby, and surrounding areas. If you’re outside of these zones, get in touch — we can usually make it work!

Q: How many people can your party bus hold?
A: Our fleet includes a variety of buses for groups of all sizes — from small groups of 10 to larger groups of up to 40+ passengers. Let us know your group size and we’ll match you with the perfect ride.

Q: Do you offer both one-way and return trips?
A: Yes! We offer flexible transport options including one-way, return, and multiple-stop trips depending on your event or tour.

Party Tours & Packages

Q: What types of tours do you offer?
A: We offer brewery and distillery tours, festival transport, wedding guest shuttles, scenic tours, custom day trips, Byron Bay airport transfers, Golf trips, Horse races — . All trips are tailored to your group's needs.

Q: Can we bring our own music?
A: Absolutely! Our buses are equipped with Bluetooth sound systems so you can control the playlist and get the party started from the moment you hop on board.

Q: Can we bring drinks on board?
A: Yes, you can BYO drinks on most private bookings. Just let us know beforehand so we can ensure everything complies with local regulations. Eskies can be arranged upon request.

Q: Do you offer hens and bucks party packages?
A: Yes! We love hosting pre-wedding celebrations and can help plan a full day or night of fun. Think beach bars, breweries, distilleries, scenic stops, games on board, airport transfers and much more.

Booking & Payment

Q: How do I book a bus?
A: You can book via our [Contact us], or get in touch through our contact form, email, or social media. Let us know your group size, date, pick-up/drop-off locations, and the type of experience you're after.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Prices vary depending on group size, trip length, destinations, and day of the week. Send us a quick message for a personalised quote — no obligations!

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is usually due a few days before your trip. We do not tentatively hold bookings. its first in first serve. no deposit no booking.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made 7+ days before your booking are eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit. We understand plans can change, so get in touch and we’ll do our best to work with you. We will not refund for cancellation inside 48hours.

On the Day

Q: What should we bring?
A: Bring your drinks (if applicable), ID, your best playlist, and good vibes! For day tours, don’t forget sunscreen, water, and your phone/camera to capture the fun.

Q: Are there any rules we need to follow?
A: We keep things fun and safe. No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behaviour on board. Respect the driver, the bus, and your fellow passengers — and you’ll have the time of your life!

Q: What if someone in our group gets too rowdy?
A: Our drivers are trained to handle situations calmly, but we reserve the right to end a trip early if behaviour becomes unsafe. Let’s keep the party good-natured and enjoyable for everyone.
